get into the recovery menu and do a few off the options there it sometimes happens after a FW update, restore file types or database try them both

I wouldn't recommend using a cd cleaner disc because blu-ray drives are not built like cd/dvd players.....the lens on a blu-ray player is much, much closer to the disc then it is in the cd/dvd player so by using that you will be risking causing damage to the lens.

dont use a cd cleaner then lol use a bluray lense cleaner. common sence
