yeah the E3Flasher is great but it tends to make the console overheat really fast and that kinda suck (YLOD) D=

yea i ordered my E3 flasher but they dont tell you that you have to have a downgrade dongle, so i may just send it back cuz i dont want to spend more money on a dongle too

So, you've got a PS3 Slim - CECH-25XX.x
All slimline PS3's have NOR chips. It's only the old fat PS3's that have NAND chips.
You can downgrade it, plus I think there are only problems on 3000+ models of the slim...
So, Yes, to my knowledge you can downgrade with the E3 Flasher.
