All games should have a platinum no matter how the skill, difficulty or genre it is.

I know what you mean, when Resident Evil 4 and Code V came out, I was hoping for more trophies on it or atleast a platinum on it but nothing. Also the new Resident evil game from wii, No Plat.

I was waiting for I Am Alive, Seemed like such a good game, till it only had 12 trophies.... Thats BS

Devs are running out of ideas, and the market is dominated by certain games these days. Everyone bases these newer off
of expectations of these past games. For instance, every shooter is compared to COD nowadays, and that is unfair just because
it has high sales. Some games are actually unique and shouldn't be compared to other games. And then you have games that are just shit :p

In the end, it comes down to the developers. And with everyone focused on quantity and seeing how many games they can sell,
the desire for the creation of a quality game has gone down drastically. Be glad we have studios like Santa Monica and Naughty Dog
that keep churning out fantastic games that exceed the quality expectation, and thus have high sales as a result of that.

The problem is that no one has a fresh new idea they are going off of other people stuff just to try to make sales and that is wrong. Come up with your own shit and make it rare and unique blowing others out of the water and PLEASE keep doing the trophies and giving them platinums.

If you see my trophy list under my screen name in PSN you'll see that I'm a sure hunter and all my games except for 2 games (can't count Modnation Racers my daughter did that shit and pissed me off) are all at 100% and one game at 97% but its platinum

Tbh has been a shift in the wrong direction making games eaiser but not testing core gamers

Some great games being made and some crap ones i remember crap ones on the N64/dreamcast also PS2/PS1

Problem is some of the best gems don't sell and people dont know about them. PC has some intersting games out right now like free to play shooters. Black ops 2 is changing how it works with a new focus on gameplay.

I play for trophies and for fun but like everyone else would like that platinum to go with the games. Yes I'm hardcore gamer but I want that thrill of playing and the thrill of getting that platinum

Only games that are going to be bought off your list is GOW Ascension, GTA5 and AC III!! All those other games I don't like

Just wait till next year, a bunch of games are coming out and I know for sure I can't wait till GTAV comes out!
