I added Infinite health to my saves so you should have no problem beating the bosses.
Every other trophy you should obtain easily in your own playthrough of the game.

Aside from adding CUSA to the title, since you modded these I also moved it to the modded save section.
Does modding it with infinite health lock you out of any trophies? Same question with infinite attack if you know. I haven't picked up the game yet.
