I added Infinite health to my saves so you should have no problem beating the bosses.
Every other trophy you should obtain easily in your own playthrough of the game.

How do you get the trophy for Great Shinobi Owl?
Do you have a save for this?
I know that he must be fought on Kuros tower, but I cant get him to spawn in my game.
EDIT: If you use the Shura ending save here, you get can the shinobi Great Owl trophy. When you talk to the owl, choose option 2 to stay loyal to Kuro. You then
fight the Owl. After you beat him, the trophy pops.

You have to head to the Ashina Depths idol. Run down into the space and fight him.
Beware of his Terror attack, even with modded health, he will one shot you.
After you beat him, you will see the prompt for finishing him. Just press R1 and the trophy will pop once Sekiro kill him.

went back to the location and found the ape laying there. i forgot to press R1 lol
