I added Infinite health to my saves so you should have no problem beating the bosses.
Every other trophy you should obtain easily in your own playthrough of the game.

Yeah i forgot the corrupted monk and divine dragon are missable if you go for the shura ending. Ill make them now

No it is 2 different boss fights you can get great shinobi owl trophy by loading the shura ending save and then choosing to break the iron code instead of siding with him

Im pretty sure it doesnt pop with that save but i have uploaded a save for all prosthetic tools trophy to the main post now
