I can't even download the program. The page loads all gibberish. Every program on my pc is updated too

Have support not been able to help with the issues you're having? I wonder if there is any support given the total lack of contact.

I'm on a Mac and although they say both platforms are ok, I'm preparing for the worst by getting boot camp ready, so that I can at least try it on Windows (when I get sent the download info)

Someone said that the email went into their spam folder (the one sent on 29th April).

I pre-ordered on 1st April.

just download it from the other thread's second third page. install adobe AIR on your windows and install it. Log in to xploder site and copy and paste your serial number from purchased history and you are good to go
