The One and Only
(Not My Video)
1. Create new account.
2. Set region to Japan.
3. Activate PS4 as primary system.
4. Start up any game that requires online (such as gta 5, Call Of Duty, fifa 15, etc.)
5. Hit multiplayer of the game and it should go to the PS Plus screen with your membership activated.
6. Enjoy!
EDIT: May cause console ban.

Be careful! Method does NOT work as once you have done this 7 times for a total of 14 days(each trial will be 2 days), it will no longer work!
also, an easier way to do this if you still want to use this method is to just go to settings and go to application and saved data settings and click the PS+ button there instead of waiting on a game to load

These trials last 14 days each not 2 days
