1. Create new account.
2. Set region to Japan.
3. Activate PS4 as primary system.
4. Start up any game that requires online (such as gta 5, Call Of Duty, fifa 15, etc.)
5. Hit multiplayer of the game and it should go to the PS Plus screen with your membership activated.
6. Enjoy!

EDIT: May cause console ban.

Listen it's still going to take a descent amount of time for an actual custom firmware to be released. I give it 1.5 to 2 years. But hey who knows. For now try not to get console banned for glitches lol.

You should really put a warning that this can cause PS4 console ban.
