Quick question, following those instructions does it pop all the war story trophies or just the ones for the story that you continue?

That's great. Do you happen to know the status of the collectibles in this save?
Well just tested it and it popped only the current war story trophy.
As I see the stats & collectibles are saved server-side because I kept mine using this save

exactly the same here - the save is recognized but nothing pops - I can continue any of the stories and keep playing, but no trophies...
(i've also completely deleted my own save and tried this one fresh, but to no avail...
