This Save is after the Chateau Fight on Mission (The Chateau - Tirailleur) you dont need to fight .... Just load the save and push continue game
you are directly in the Final Cutscene ... after the Cutscene the Hard Trophys will pop up .... 4 Trophys will pop instant ( 3 Gold 1 Silver)
These Trophys popup: for the EU Version CUSA08670
Storyteller - Complete the War Stories Under No Flag, Nordlys & Tirailleur on Medium
Veteran - Complete the War Stories Under No Flag, Nordlys & Tirailleur on Hard

If you look at the comments leading up to yours in the last few pages I think you'll gain some context on that. You might also see the tricks people have used to get the trophies to pop with Battlefield V saves in that mission.
