Do you mean re-region? You can resign, which is changing it from one account to another. But to re-reregion, which is changing the CUSA from the save's CUSA to another CUSA, you would need Advanced Mode. There can be no Advanced Mode without Quick Mode cheats for that same file that you're trying to re-region. I didn't think there would be, but I just looked it up and I don't see Sea of Solitude listed as having Quick Mode cheats for anything. So no Advanced Mode either, and hence no changing the CUSA.
It is a pretty quick platinum though. You could do it in an afternoon, and it's worth it if you like this sort of game.

i already play the game just want to use seagull and bottle trphy, thats sad i cant reregion this game
Ouch, that is annoying. Those are pretty helpful trophies, too. Well if you go back and do those, it would definitely be helpful if we had them in more regions, if you could make saves right before popping each of those 2 saves.

A shorter way to do the same thing, if the one for Lonely at the Top wasn't working for some reason, would have been to use the end-game one designated for chapter select. Looks like the last one in the list Knight of Lucis has provided in this very helpful save set.
