I unlocked If you're selling, Im buying trophy during this run, so after you got ending trophies you might replay chapter Trapped (don't overwrite the save though, just in case). Progress through the story and when you are in a room and Alex asks what is this place, choose CONFIDENT to make a joke about abandoned ship. Maybe it will unlock for you.

If it's not your CUSA number, then most likely not. You can check by copying your save data from your PS4 to a USB stick then checking that USB stick on a computer. The filepath will have a folder with a CUSA number in it. For example, for this CUSA number of Man of Medan, and assuming drive letter E just for the sake of this, it would look something like this:
E: >>> PS4 >>> Savedata >>> your profile folder, which is 16 characters long, numbers and letters >>> CUSA14102 >>> PS4 save files
Most of the time, even if it's the same game, if the CUSA number is different than yours then your game will not read it. This was created with a CUSA14102 version of the game. There might be several more within the EU alone, for different countries, or maybe a split between physical and digital, sometimes different depending on if it's a standard version vs. game of the year, etc. US is usually more simple but not always.
Sometimes a game is multi-regional for whatever reason, either meaning a different CUSA can be used (a lot of more recent Ubisoft titles, some of the Yakuza games), or sometimes the same CUSA is used across a big chunk of the world (Death Stranding). But most of the time, you should check the CUSA code, and always back up your saves.

Hi everyone! I had to replay the game in another profile, and I get the platinum again. But I have to do some extra stuff, so I will share with you the missing trophies in this post.
For the trophy "Right there with ya, boys", the save in the main post is wrong, you have to play 4 chapters and do the right thing for only the boys be alive. And there are 3 saves in the zip file. That's why is so confuse and people can't get it. So please, Stasya, remove that link and put mine. In my save you only have to choose "The End" chapter in Movie Night Mode and the trophy is yours. You can also get "Secrets! Lies! Conspiracies, man!" if you open the secrets menu. Link: You must login or register to view this content.
For the trophy "Remember who's signing the checks", load this save, is in Curator's Mode. Continue in the chapter "Trapped" and after Alex investigates the loose vent in the corner of the room, Julia (you) is able to pick Dialogue RESENTFUL “You're the alpha male.†which unlocked the trophy. I believe you're confused about two separate issues.
Importing a save into your account
That's when Save Wizard takes someone else's game and assigns your PSN ID to it. You must own a game from the same region (USA, Europe, ASIA) for the save to work.
Changing the region of a game
If a game comes from a different region than yours, you can only re-region a save by using Save Wizard's advanced mode. If the mode isn't available, you can't resign that game.
I think your issue is resigning the game to work with your version from your country.
