Blasphemous Save-Set EU CUSA 16261 This Save-Set is done you can reach 100%
A lot of time went in this save set, a lot of reloading and resaving so i hope this works.

You can find the Re-Region Request thread in the link below. I wouldn't be able to Re-Region it for you but perhaps someone viewing that thread could, or someone else on this thread. Please be aware, though, since you mentioned not owning Save Wizard, that resign requests are against forum rules (doesn't at all have anything to do with what your friend does for you, I just mean asking other members here).

Hi,
Blasphemous's super save set, does anyone know what it is to do with the Last words - whispers quest & the desire of currupted save because nothing is explained.

You need to resign it with a program called Save Wizard. I've included some information in the links below, including where to buy it. You should also make sure that this particular download matches the CUSA code for your own copy of the game, which varies depending on where you live and sometimes what edition of the game you have. Once you're sure this is your CUSA of the game, and once you have Save Wizard, pop a USB stick into your computer, download the files from this thread, and use Save Wizard to "resign" them. That will put them on your USB stick. Then transfer them to your PS4. Make sure to back up your existing saves first, and keep them safe.
