Atm i have 30 but i will not be liable to pay you back 48 until you open a dispute on paypal, in accordance with paypal protocol, two separate transactions where made, one worth £80 sterling was made through the site Nextgenupdate.com and on the 11th of April a transaction was made through our company site, the transaction that was made through the company site has nothing to do with Nextgenupdate.com. On the saturday of this week you will receive an email with instructions in the way that we will deal with your case, Under paypal terms and conditions we are not liable for any costs that are inflicted upon you for bad management protocol, as you have donated the £80 through the "gift" option you have not payed the 3% insurance cost that paypal require you to have therefor you are not cover by their insurance. However we do plan on repaying you that money, to receive the £48 you must open a deispute in the paypal application, again we are sorry for any trouble cased and we wish to have your money back to you ASAP.

Notation
The email will be sent to the following address: [email protected]

The following address will be checked once again to ensure that no parcel has been delivered (Under the data protection act 1998 some fields will be censored)

Could you explain that in simple terms?
05-23-2012, 09:22 AM #12
Simplified: He made one payment of £80 from here, and therefor i only have to sort that out through the dispute section on this site, but that contradicts the paypal T&C as he has to pay 3% on his charge to be covered by their buyers insurance but as he did not do this he is liable for any problems that he may encounter. So according to paypal a refund does not have to be issued but we do intend on refunding him when we receive the money.

As for the other £48 he is claiming upon, it was done through an external E-commerce web application and this has nothing to do with this website, therefor the member has to open a paypal dispute.

Hey. You told me to send it as a gift?

Does it really matter if its NextGenUpdate or a different site? I mean the seller is the same person. You? When will i be expected to receive the refund? Also i no longer have access to that email address so please send it to [email protected]

yes i told you to send it as a gift to cut out seller costs, but as paypal state it is your own responsibility to ensure the safety of your money during a payment, And yes it does matter if it is a different site lets put this in some more simple terms:
If i was to shoplift in Primark i would not be punished by Asda staff for committing that offence, they would be allowed to refer me to a higher source which in your case is paypal, as i have previously illustrated if you have any legal enquires please speak to company solicitors : If you have any further enquiries please be sure to speak to our legal team: [email protected]

As bad as it may sound I'm going to have to agree with Scotty on this one. Seeing as directly only £80 of it was straight to him.

Okay that's fine. So you're saying that i will receive the £80 back but I will have to pay 3% from paypal so i will receive? £77.60 Correct?
When am i expected to receive this? Also is it okay if you send the money to [email protected]? And the email to [email protected].
Also for the £48 pair I paid directly with my CC, so I can;t dispute that through paypal?

You have to dispute the ones you bought from my site through paypal, and the ones that you sent me the money for on here does not ave to be returned to you, it is too late for the 3% payment to paypal, but as i am understanding and you have been very patient i am willing to give you a refund for those £80 pairs. Also are you sure they never went to a neighbours because all of the other orders i sent from the site have been delivered fine Smile

How Do i go about the pair from your site because i paid directly with my CC and not a paypal account.
