When did this happen: Started mid-april. Been waiting some time now.

How did you purchase: Via Paypal

How much?: £80.00 + £48.00

Have you contacted the scammer?:- Yes, multiple times through private messages.
If yes, What did they say?:- That the refund should be on wednesday. But it's now friday. I've waited a long time now and I just want my money back.

Alright I don't mean to contradict what Wondoh has said so far but he asked me to have a look at this so here's my verdict:

£48 of the money was not an NGU transaction (that's fine, unfortunately you'll have to handle that externally). £80, however was, you can argue the legalities over and over but as far as we're concerned - the user will be refunded within 48 hours or you will be permanently banned from the site.

If you don't have the money then ask a friend or a relative, there is always someone - it's only £80 at the end of the day. I should note that this isn't an empty threat.

Well may say my good byes because the thing is i have not scammed him and i just dont have the money, if i had the money i would happily refund him and im not asking any one to bale me out of a problem that i have caused, so either way it going to effect the buyer as if im banned he will have no contact with me and if i dont get banned he can contact me about the money. Thanks anyway hope the site develops more and thanks to Wodoh for being so patient with this dispute. And your view that it "is only £80" is not a good term as im sure the buyer does not see it that way.

The rules of the ban will be simple...
You will remain banned until you refund the user.
You will have to maintain external communications with eachother until the refund is issued.

If you have sold 500 pairs this year as you previously stated and they're £50 each. Then that's approx £25,000. So surely you must have £80 laying around. This is alot of money to me, therefore can you please tell me how much you have now and how long you think it will take the reach the £80 sum?

If you remember i was getting rid of theses on the chap as you payed for them you bought 11 pairs for £80 thats less than 10 pound per pair, i invested most of the money in things like a new mac book and i bought a lot more earphones, you must alos recall i sell pairs for £10 and £8 so i made no where near around 25,000 and i also had to pay for next years education in University. Currently i have nothing, no money and i have 8 pairs of earphones still left. I hope to have the money soon and again i am sorry, (you need to email me from now on because i am being banned).

Okay. Is there an estimated date as to when you'll have the money? And could you send some now as last time i recall you had £30?

I only have 10 atm the other 20 went on paying for transport, i can go to the bank on Friday and put the money in and send you 10 by wednesday (because of the Jubilee)?
