What is the item that was bought/sold/traded? 11 Pairs of Beats and a single pair.

When did this happen: Started mid-april. Been waiting some time now.

How did you purchase: Via Paypal

How much?: £80.00 + £48.00

Did you;
- Buy? Yes
- Sell?
- Trade?

Have you contacted the scammer?:- Yes, multiple times through private messages.
If yes, What did they say?:- That the refund should be on wednesday. But it's now friday. I've waited a long time now and I just want my money back.

Other comments: If any more proof is needed just hit me up.

yes we where sorting this via pm, the thing is that i dont know where they are and if he said that he never got them i believe them but i currently dont have the money to pay you back, the issue being that i have lost £80 worth of earphones too, i am willing to pay you back but i just dont have the money ATM, i have contacted the company who deliver them and they say that they have no record of the items as i did not pay for recorded delivery. I have in no way tried to scam you, and i have stayed in contact with you throughout this and as soon as i get the money i will give you it. Im sorry it has come to this and i do plan to change the way that my items are shipped. If it is any consolation you can contact me via pm and i will give you a 60% discount on our online shop until i raise the refunded money, i assure you that we have changed our product developer due to various claims of faulty items that we have fully refunded. If you have any other problems dont be afraid to contact me, Once again i am sorry this has dragged out like this :(

That's the problem with not doing recorded delivery as you cannot guarantee where the item is.

He may have received them / he may not but either way it will fall as your fault for not doing the delivery recorded.

Once you have the money, refund him. Any estimated time scale this will be?

Should be some time next week hopefully, be sure to keep this dispute open to then so that i can illustrate when i have made the payment back, and again im sorry for any issues that it may have caused.

WeeScotty has said he can have you refunded sometime next week,
The dispute will remain open.

Just be patient and you will have it soon :y:

Atm i have 30 but i will not be liable to pay you back 48 until you open a dispute on paypal, in accordance with paypal protocol, two separate transactions where made, one worth £80 sterling was made through the site Nextgenupdate.com and on the 11th of April a transaction was made through our company site, the transaction that was made through the company site has nothing to do with Nextgenupdate.com. On the saturday of this week you will receive an email with instructions in the way that we will deal with your case, Under paypal terms and conditions we are not liable for any costs that are inflicted upon you for bad management protocol, as you have donated the £80 through the "gift" option you have not payed the 3% insurance cost that paypal require you to have therefor you are not cover by their insurance. However we do plan on repaying you that money, to receive the £48 you must open a deispute in the paypal application, again we are sorry for any trouble cased and we wish to have your money back to you ASAP.
