All files, as in the theme, and the images that go with it (So images don't break), along with the database.
MyBB is free, and was not sold to you, so no laws were broken against mybb.

So let me get this straight you agreed to buy this site off him.
But you can't sell the plugins because he needs to install them himself but you gave him the other files ?
Because the plugins are free to install and use. If that true why not point him to the plugins you had installed and used.

You got the files for the site, plugins aren't necessary either.

I also said MyTabs is a free alternative.

RTS: He told me the plugins he used aren't free, even thouh he agreed to sell me "all files" and the "full site". Either way, not sure why it had to come to this and he can't just hand them over..

MyBBCentral plugins cost $15 for a membership for the official plugins.
I give them away to him, thats illegal.
