Other comments: They more or less said that the "files" agreed on were the files generated by MyBB, not the actual plugins used. wtf?

You are right on the plugin bit. But the way i see it you have to install all the plugins before the sell to the site or give him a refund which is not possible.
So the only way forward is installing all the plugins for him :y:

I paid for sony vegas, I've paid for after effects. I've paid for twixtor.
The creators deserve the money for the giant amounts or work and coding that went into them.

So get all the plugins ready and get him to install the ones he pays for.

If you unwilling to do that you should give him a refund. Am sure you could think of a work around.
