What is the item that was bought/sold/traded? The website "codmedia.net" including all DB files, theme, and forum files (plugins, users, etc).

When did this happen: 8/30/12

Other comments: They more or less said that the "files" agreed on were the files generated by MyBB, not the actual plugins used. wtf?

You shouldn't have agreed to it then. It's also illegal on NGU's trade terms to scam. Ofc not actually illegal, but ban-worthy for sure.

Not a scam. You didn't ask for the plugins, nor did I say I'd give them to you.

You agreed on all files. I assumed you meant plugins included, which is exactly what claiming "all files" means. Any thoughts RTS?

I presume you didn't know the plugins existed at the time of the original trade.

I asked for all files and you agreed, regardless of whether or not I knew about them. If you withheld items from me due to me not knowing about them, that is called a scam.

You aren't getting the plugins, it's illegal.
And you never actually asked for them, you received the files you need, and were planning on getting.

I planned on getting any files involved with the site. This includes plugins seeing as they help the site look the way it did when I bought it.

That does not include any paid plugins. Illegal.

Did you tell him this before you made the deal ?
How hard would it be to show him the plugins you had installed and how he would get them ?



So you got the whole site but the plugins which are not free ?
I can see why he can't send them over you should have checked the plugins was part of the deal :p
