How do you use the menu?
im pressing on R3 to open but then I tried everything possible and nothing works. It's like square is an Unbound button. Is square the button you should be pressing on?
edit: nvm fixed it. I had two different patches and they messed each other up. so I had to use tactical layout and it fixed the problem...
