Assuming you have jailbreak... Open multiMAN or an ftp server (on multiMAN) Navigate to mmos, then the ps3 directory, dev_hdd0, game, Then waw region code, usrdir, english and place the patch in the folder. (Ftp server) Start an FTP server on your ps3 (on the computer now) Open a program called filezilla, connet to the ip that is displayed on your ps3 FTP client, connect then click dev_hdd0, game, Then waw region code, usrdir, english and place the patch in the folder.
