I have figured it out!

Sorry for the sloppyness of the video. You may need to pause at certain points because it is a little fast.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
-You can only do one file at a time, meaning you can only have one gamesave at a time on the USB. I have not tried it with multiple ones, but I am assuming that it won't work because they will all be titled the same.

-You need WinRAR

-WHEN DONE, REHASH AND RESIGN WITH MODIO!!! If you don't, your file will become corrupt.
-Modio Download: You must login or register to view this content.

Okay, so download the program, then open it, then click File, then Open Device and your USB will pop up. It will be called {DIR}content or something like that. Just keep clicking on it until you get to your gamesave. Then, with it highlighted, click on Extract, then extract it to your Desktop, then when you are done modding, rehash and resign with modio, then go back to the program and delete the original file, then import your modded file from your Desktop.

MAKE A BACKUP of the original file, in case something goes wrong. If you did not Rehash and Resign in Modio, your file will become corrupt in game.

Maybe. I modded my Modern Warfare 2 campaign with a previously modded file, so I wouldn't know.

where do you locate the gamesave for mw2 or do you do the profile wat wat do i put on the usb save file profile heeelllpppp

This only work for one mission?

From memory im sure On cod 4 if u had a modded gmaesave and completed a mission it would run on through to the next mission , dont know about MW2 though...

It is not that hard to understand. Just put ONLY the MW2 campaign gamesave on the USB, then open a modding tool, mod it, then put it back in. Make sure the ONLY thing on the USB is the gamesave you are trying to mod.

Yeah it worked perfectly on the first mission, but infinite health etc. stops working after that, but the jump height and laser sight etc. still works.
