People who do that jus cant aford real games... anyway i think ur alowed to mod xbox's etc as long as it dosent afect people online... (if u modded on fallout3, u wouldnt get banned from XBL) but if u mod on CoD4 u can get banned...

what he hell y would they arrest him the guy is talented to do a thing like that he must have alot of knowlege y would they not want him to work for a company which could gain from his expertise..

It's illegal to do just one, even if you keep it in your house and not even sell it, but since this guy is selling them and making money of something thats already illegal im sure he will get a little heat...and a nice fine
