Well being that he's in college I got allot of friends in college who run their own little business for personal financial gain and word gets around fast from friend to friend that's just how it is friends or customers either tell their friends or you ask them to spread the word and it more than likely got around to the wrong person but it does say they got a tip from the Entertainment Software Association which I've personally never heard of.

The thing is you see all these people on the net offering the same services on ebay, criagslist and many forums to modify peoples consoles I even know a legitimate shop thats builds and modifies PC's but they offer 360 and PSP flashing and the majority of their customers are just for that but they never get into any trouble. This guy must have been big for him to get in the position he's in now I don't know but it says for modifying a Xbox,Playstation, Wii and other consoles and they found dozens in his home so maybe he was buying consoles and modifying then selling them.

I agree games are pricey but if you can't afford the habit, hobby or whatever then you probably don't need it.

He is 29 for gods sake can't he make an ohnest days work and acually BUY the games he wants besides if he wanted to make even more money he could start a small businessor something but just flashing consles and selling them really is pointless I guess greed does take over common sense...it seems like he wanted his money now and didnt care what the qonsiquences were. Well the reason is because he violated the law,he could have chosen to get a job in the category,but he decided to be lazy,it doesn't matter if he's got a talent for or not,but the law is the law,and anyone who violates it gets busted,so learn the law,or read a book.
