there arnt really risks unless u fuk it up which with spirit aint gonna happen and your not gonna get caught so theres wayyyyyy more benifits then risks i hope i helped

Well even if you do screw up there is always the option of putting it into DFU mode and restarting the process. So basically there is no way you can mess it up.

The rsik is thatthere might be an error while jailbreaking of downloading somthing and it might freeze up. Then you have to restore and re-jailbreak it. But if you want to jailbreak just click the link in my sig!

That has nothing to do with Jailbreaking...
I have Jailbroken atleast 15 iPods, and have only had 1 problem.

if u jail break an ipod it might become more lagy when watching videos and stuff. and super slow sometimes
