only real risk is a voided warranty but 9/10 you probally have a good case so no real risk also just get things replaced before jailbreaking if u have extended warranty ex i gt my headphones, charger everything replased B4 i JBed incase if they decide to mess up
The only risk is you doing it wrong which could mess it up. What you should do is go to youtube that shows you step by step how to do it which is really easy
well it depends if your on contract then i warn you not to do it because they can track. Also one of my friends jailbreaked hes iphone and it didnt go well to plan so i would be carefull.

I jailbroke my iPhone 3GS 3.1.3 last night, I did it in about 10 seconds with Spirit. I was told that Apple would brick my phone so I restored it. After reading these comments I think i'll do it again. I love the themes!
