There's are no problems at all any body saying u break it is lies . The worst Thing that happens is the jailbreak program freezes on your computer so u just have to restart , I would advise you to do it, it's so worth it in many ways such as free apps, themes aswell as having sb settings which make it easier to use

No problems what so ever.
I hacked my Boot Logo on 3.0 by myself (one of the first people).
I completely messed it up and I new this would deflect on my warranty.
Well I sent it in, they didn't know I had hacked it lol
I get a brand new iPhone 3G =)
Btw it did over heat a lot before I hacked.
And chances of anything going wrong are slim.

fukin ur ipod up, but ur just gonna have to hard reset it, but it will delete all your memory, happened to me like twicee
