I didn't read through all the posts, so maybe this was posted in here before. Jailbreaking voids the warranty.

Well bro the screen cracked , and also apple is real Anti - Jailbreak . So if you have to pay i again recommend craigslist or a computer repair shop . When my macbook screen cracked apple was going to charge me 800$ , but when i took it to some repair shop 350$ next day . They also gave me some paper showing that they didnt do anything to void the warranty ( like an oath)

Nope. It comes back with the firmware you bought it with.

Save Point
I'd just restore it to save any hassle. back all your apps up and there is something in cydia to back cydia apps. so your covered. might take you a couple of hours to sort the shit out again. but you'd be even more gutted if you either got your warentee invalidated cos of jailbreak or a fine for any cracked apps.

Easy way to avoid this if you were smart and saved your SSH Blobs

Step 1: Download the firmware you currently have You must login or register to view this content.

Step 2: Go to iTunes and press shift+restore on windows or i think cmd+restore on Mac

Step 3: Select the firmware you downloaded and click Restore

Step 4: Let iTunes do its job and restore your iPad to the firmware you downloaded that is jailbreak able

Step 5: Now that you have a non jailbroken iPad that is still compatible for a Jailbreak just send it to Apple to fix and they shouldn't update it

Step 6: When you receive your iPad back just jailbreak it again

This. I just sent mine back for screen bleeding with no problems.
