Step 1: Download the firmware you currently have

Step 2: Go to iTunes and press shift+restore on windows or i think cmd+restore on Mac
Step 3: Select the firmware you downloaded and click Restore
Step 4: Let iTunes do its job and restore your iPad to the firmware you downloaded that is jailbreak able
Step 5: Now that you have a non jailbroken iPad that is still compatible for a Jailbreak just send it to Apple to fix and they shouldn't update it
Step 6: When you receive your iPad back just jailbreak it again
