Post: Types of Ammunition

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Theres a possible waeapons thread and a lot of suggestion threads but after the fact that there will be different kinds of ammunition being proven true I think there should be a thread about the possible ammunition types.

I think its pretty clear that there will be FMJ Bullets and the already shown "Dragon Breath" shells. But what other suggestions do you guys have.

Also do you want to be able to switch between the bullet types while playing. Imagine having two magazines with you one with a red tape around it and one with a blue tape around it and you can change between them. The red has x type bullets the blue y type of bullets.

So I'll make a list of what I want to see:
Full Metal Jacket Bullets (FMJ)
Hollow Points Bullets
Spitzer (Spire point bullets or Spitzgeschoss)
Ballistic Tip Bullets
The ability to switch to higher Cliber rounds (If the rifle is built to do so of course realism ftw)

What I don't want to see:
High-Speed Ammunition types
Soft Point Bullets
High Speed Ammunition and soft Point Bullets is sorta like ruining the game because these stuff is 1 Shot = Death.

Wouldn't it be cool to see an actual explosive rounds effect on guns? Instead of having that fake FMJ trick on the MG4, why not have actual explosive rounds? (BTW they should only put explosive rounds in a specific game mode because who wants to be bombed away by explosive rounds in S&Awesome face or HQ.)

No thats one of the things that if you would've read the whole thread is nothing I would like. Just gives them a noob tube ammo... also there is only explosive rounds for shotguns yes but no bullets.

Well, that's your opinion. You never know if there is thousands of people who WOULD like this. I put emphasize on the would cause like I said. ^^^^ But really, you said CoD isn't realistic and explosive rounds isn't realistic. Doesn't it kind of make sense?

I said MW2 isn't realistic but that CoD is actually (from the genre) a realistic shooter so it makes sense. Also well there is thousands of people loving the noob tube ... youre probably just one of them!

As is even stated it in the beginning of this thread all for the realism... the first explosive ammunition for shotguns were also first produced long after the cold war. God...

Okay, okay. I'm sorry for bugging ya, but I'm not a noob tubing lover. I only use them for efficiency or for Shotgun attachment challenges.

Nah I'm sorry youre not bugging me but you have to understand that I'm sensetive on that matter because I really liked MW2 to the point where there were not as many OMA, Thumper, Noob Tube, Rocket Launcher guys... Explosive stuff simply has to be used with more care.
