If you can't see from the video the old CoD4/MW2 way of double tapping y or triangle for PS3 doesn't work as you still move around, so on black ops you hold a non-explosive grenade(decoy is best) and use ghost pro if you want to ninja defuse, giving the same effect as cold blooded pro on MW2 making your name not come up when aimed at, as I said perfect for ninja defusing

What part of it? Destroying a sentry gun or 30 killstreaks shot down? 30 killstreaks shot down is a bitch lol, hate having to pull out a launcher and end up getting killed as soon as you've locked onto it, and hardly anyone uses sentry guns hehe.
