The executable is warez, pretty sure if somebody posts one it will be taken down. To change the values, search for the float you need to change in IDA then copy the bytes from IDA and search for them in a hex editor.

I don't want to be mean or anything. But please read and search the forums. There is currently no way to edit the patch_mp.ff since its protected with an RSA Encryption....
