Yes that is the right time. Click on my profile and look at the threads created by me... I have one on converting the time zones.

iv been having this theory that the lan glitch is the same i.e if you play over your server back-up (for UK 12am & pm) the lvl sticks,
so the ppl saying lvl 49, 50 w/ so much xp left have just been backed-up when they've reached this, for example i make it to lvl 49 23000 xp left when servers backs-up then when i reset the lvl 49 23000 xp left has stuck, so to sum up my theory...
no reset needed jus do the glitch fully b4 the server gets backed-up,
you can be any prestige b4 it happens, but any after it wont stick,
and you only need to take the basics from each tut, i.e lvl 50,
play online game,
buy 1 or many things,
prestige,
lvl up normally (or do it again until you reach your desired prestige),
play game or stay online over the server back up and everything should be dandy

i was thinking the same thing because ive done it so many times than all of a sudden it wasent working

Ok i just got it to stick on MY OWN METHOD by accident too.
Ok first off... Get The lan glitch setup Then go to 50 0 xp needed to prestiege..
Step1)now go buy a ton of stuff 3 contracts no matter what!
Step2) Now you need/must do atleast 2 contracts.. So set sum easy's.
Step3) play 2 full/till the end Games of Hq. (Do the 2 outa 3 contracts here)
Step4)now leave lobby after completing 2 full Hq games. Go to ->combat record --->Scoot to The recent game thing (Out of ten games) or i guess game score section. You should see a HQ record. If not play 2 games of hq till you get a record in it.
Step5)Now. Go to Hardcore TDM Just play get a kill or two quit...
Step6)Prestiege.
Step7)Play a normal game of tdm level to around 6 or 7(To create classes).
StepNow buy a game a layer and if u feel...another contract.
step9)Now the scary moment...Main menu...
***IMPORTANT---->***
If done correctly it should make you like redo the settings (just like first time you've ever played the game.) once reconfig'd go to multiplayer you should see lvl1 then quickly a pop-up saying "Your rank has been restored blah blah blah 2 lvl50. NOW PRESTIEGE AND REDO !!!!
NOTE: DO EXACTLY WHAT SAID this is exactly how i got it to stick If you need help PM me for my psn. Cant let trey-arch ban meh
So far my hunch is since it resets you to 50 It does something BE4 you prestiege most likly the getting a game history record like the 2 hq although im not risking trial this is exactly how i did it this is my method i repeat

Yea ppl keep saying its random, its luck, but it must be more simple than that, I really do think its about timing the contract refresh time just seems right so some reason
