Update:: yes it does stick!. You have to get reset from using the mossy patch blocker. Once u get reset do the LAN glitch to whatever prestige. NOW when your done with the LAN glitch go to player to make sure its there. Then turn your ps3 off. You have to have another ps3 that is on the 1.05 patch or have a friend make another account n use your login. Load everything up n bam everything sticks!. I've tried every method n way trial and error to get it to stick n this is the only way credit to corey. Just edit your tutorial n put this critical step in for it to stick. When your done at whatever prestige you want turn your ps3 off. Sign on to another ps3 that is already on patch 1.05 and that is not using the patch blocker n it sticks

I have been able to make mine stick without that method oboogiee...all I did was follow the tutorial. In the LAN game it would reset me to level 1 with no prestige but it still carried it to online so I would get 50 levels and then it would stack onto whatever prestige I was currently on.
Took me 1hr and 15mins per prestige.

That's weird I wish it was like for me . I got up to 50 n prestiged so many times then when I turn my ps3 off or go to main menu to go back online it goes to no prestige
