Than if so, yes, packets are only used on networks and servers, offline is all RAM. Since this is not modding offline values through some exploit and it is indeed packets, it will work online.

of course you can do this with a PC, probably more reliable.

No, your ps3 has to be going through you pc. So if your PC has two ethernet cards. or one wireless then you can.

yeah Ive been able to spoof score, boot and some simple things.

Spoof? as in the leader boards? Or spoof the points after a game is done?

spoof points during a game, notice its "spoofed" so its not saved to the LBS.
