MW2 PIT #1
By: Bmxdude9
[/I]

This has been in the premium section for the past week since last Tuesday and since they get it for a week longer here it is. I don't think it will make the NGU channel so Ill just post it here. Please note it still might be processing as I just uploaded it. If you have any questions, comments or concerns lemme know.

Same drill for this week, Premium users expect to see your next vid either this Friday or early Saturday and non-premium you will see it a week after that. If you want to get these and all my future content earlier than thats another reason to purchase premium..

Enjoy and discuss.

its a shame really...
its server sided which means this will never work. why do u think people in games such as..

runescape
mw2 for pc
cod4 for pc
css
cs 1.6
team fortress 2

why do u think there isnt an amazing hack where they all run around with infinate health.

its because its server sided and so is mw2 for ps3 so its a shame to get peoples hopes up with this amazing "packet injection"
when this will never work for mw2 ps3 :/
even if u did find the right packet if u edit that packet it wont be a valid packet either.

Lol, do you know what server side even is? Lemme make this clear for example, the location where bans are stored on a game(such as any shooter or rpg) is SERVER SIDE, any data such as ammo etc can be found in headers on your cmd console BECAUSE it needs something to send and without data needed to send, the server could not present an effect. Stuff like health, ammo etc CAN be found and injected from OUR side because we have it in the games code.

Also runescape never worked because their network security is niffty as it does some sort of little ping checksum like thing to check your data. And really if any game wanted to prevent it(such as on the PC) they could have check sums to match against other players, so if your data does not match player X, then you get an error and are booted from the server AFAIK punkbuster.

In the Past packet injection worked on other consoles such as the xbox, PS2, and even now the PSP with commview, on the PSP we can boot each other using commview so Its real.

I am sure the unk0wn will agree on that subject.

And I think you need to get off a Hacking forum if you don't want us to hack

Also, could I capture the packet for killing somebody, then edit the values for each player etc.

If so, then it would be theoretically possible for us to kill the entire enemy team at once, wouldn't it?

- Packets that Modern Warfare 2 sends are encrypted. If you change any part of this data it will corrupt the packet as you dont know what you are changing because the encryption varies the packet depending on the bytes the packet contains. If the server cant understand a packet it will just discard it. So really all you will get out of this is the same as a lag switch :(

Also, it was more like an explanation as it didnt really show you how to do anything. (sorry im mean)

I want to see some real stuffz in the next videos! Smile (because i cba doing anything myself these days)

True, but you can achieve some niffy stuff via packet injection by spamming certain packets. You don't have to change things in a packet, just spam the whole packet.

that would just create lag.
