Well... Geohot, apeartly released the new hacks for the PS3 - as long as I know - he sad he could do ANY THING with the PS3. Well... What about if we are able to download the actual Infinity Ward Update into our Computer, and back into our Ps3? Well - thats when another idea hitted me! PS3 SHARING! Which is, the sharing of two Ps3s, witch you send ALL of the PS3 files into your new PS3. What about, if we are able to TRANSFER the DLC, or PATCH into our computer and edit hex, for: GodMode - Golden Desert, and a lot more... Well - I been working on it for couple of days, I called it "MadSharing". I have contact GeoHot, trhough his YouTube channel and I am waiting for response - when I get I will start gathering some COD4 hackers and so, and see if we are able to pull this one!
WHAT DO YOU THINK?
PLEAS DONT LEAK, NEITHER STEAL MY IDEA! IF I GET THIS WORKING I AM SURE I WILL POST THIS IMMEDIATELY INTO THE PREMIUM AREA!

If that is the only "information" on this supposed custom firmware it's all bullshit.

Alright let me reiterate what everybody with half a brain has been telling you.
The PS3 has not been hacked yet, no custom firmware exists.
You cannot mod the patch because as soon as you change anything it becomes corrupt.
Unsigned code cannot be run on the PS3.
Therefore......your idea sucks.
I wonder why you only joined this forum only after prestige hack got released?
Basically, this thread is a waste of bandwidth, and you yourself are a waste of a human being.

I am sorry, but the only time wasted here is yours. I have read every single post on this thread, and understood every single one of them, but to bad all of them were pretty much ignored for me. Also, with out any confirmation YOU, and no ONE else can say we are unable to run unsigned codes. If we are inable to run unsigned codes, on the actual patch, we might be able to create a fake DLC, or just modified the DLC it self. By that, I mean we might be able to add new maps, that weren't not even tought to be on Modern Warfare 2.
Also, what does my join date on this forum has any thing to do with this? Yes. I did join this forum, not only because of the prestige hack that was released - but because the most well know glitches and so, were posted here. I don't see no relation-ship of my joining-date and the hacks.

You're obviously not understanding what it means to run unsigned code. Anything that is not authenticated to the hypervisor WILL NOT RUN.
Yes he IS allowed to tell you that you can't run unsigned code because you as a person never will. You are the most inept person I've ever come across on a hacking forum because you're being stubborn and failing to realize that you're a wannabe talking non-sense.
What I've seen take place here in this thread is one idea branch off to 4 ideas of features for your "hack", and that will get you nowhere but overwhelmed.. you need to start small.
What I would suggest is that you go to the library or any online resource and start learning the basics of a coding language, I would suggest starting with something like C++ or C#. Although in your case I would recommend HTML.. become fluent in that and then go onto a more complicated language.
The less of a tool you are, the more we would be willing to help you out.
