My personal opinion is:
Perk 2
Name: Decoy
Description: Shows a fake red dot on the enemies radar
I've got a few ideas, but lets see what interesting ones we can make up

there should be perks that counter other perks or are best used against a certain perk the enemy is using.
for example, if an enemy has danger close u can have a flak jacket perk to decrease the amount of damage u take from explosions

Blast Shield.
If Overkill comes back then everyone will use an AR and Riot Shield or Sniper which would make things lame. I'd love if there was a perk that would increase the jump distance but it would be pointless (plus all the glitchers out there would love this). I just can't think of good perk XD
