Name: Decoy

Description: Shows a fake red dot on the enemies radar

I've got a few ideas, but lets see what interesting ones we can make up

a perk that would take off recoil when getting shot

In the Mw2 exploits and hacks section theres a list of hidden perks. Some of them look good like making killstreaks last longer and more useful but what would be awesome is if for the first perk you had nothing and then for the 2nd and 3rd you could have any red or green perks so 2 red or 2 green

One that makes the killcam go away and I hate hardcore.

I beeping rador so that when someone is close by it beeps so you know or a perk so you can have thermal though walls for short periods of time.
