My personal opinion is:

Perk 2

Name: Decoy

Description: Shows a fake red dot on the enemies radar

I've got a few ideas, but lets see what interesting ones we can make up

Teleporting - I agree
Akimbo Shotties - Realistic. You can't hold 2 Spaz's but rangers are smaller and you can hold 2...
Simple bag - It's not unlimited asshole.

I'm talking about the 1887's...holding two of them and shooting them would snap your fingers.

and it is unlimited...if you run out of ammo you can simply use it to switch to the same class...won't say it sucks though, so handy for noobtubing.

Perk- Stopping Power xD

Perk 3:
Shows all friendly locations while briefcase is open,
Or disables ricochet.

Killstreak:
Creates ricochet for 2 minutes on enemy team.

Causes enemy players to glow and appear on radar when staying within a 10 yard radius for more than 15 seconds.
Lasts 2 minutes

How could you create that?

Juggernaut should be brought back only to piss of people lol, That is all MW2 is worth playing for now.
