Do you hip fire and does steady aim really help or do you mostly aim down sites?
Which weapons work best for each method?
Is there one that works well for both?
Is steady aim really worth using?

If its good for those weapons, then why take up a perk tier to barely improve it ? No need for steady aim.

Oh, and to answer the question, it depends whether its one of the weapons mentioned earlier, or a separate one.

hipfire owns without steady aim for the tar, also the l86 lsw is the best with steady aim hipfiring.

Steady Aim is helpful weapons that have low damage (ACR, M4A1), a low rate of fire (SCAR-H, AK-47), or for three-round burst guns (M16A4, FAMAS). I use it for my sniping class also, but only for the Pro effect, which enables you to hold your breath longer when scoped in. On the topic of hip fire or ADS, I generally tend to aim down the sight at any range. It's a habit I need to break because it often causes me to miss my target due to how much slower you turn when aimed down the sight.
