Anyway... I was looking at CO Elite and noticed how they promise premium users monthly DLC. (I've known this for a long time but seeing it in writing as a GUARANTEE had me thinking...)

We all know that 360 has the contract with Activision to release DLC/Map Packs and such a month prior to PS3, and it will extend to MW3. But I'm thinking COD Elite may bypass that. The backlash would be huge if they were dishonest at all about it and I believe they'd lose money if PS3 players got a half assed version of Elite also.

So that's why I think that PS3 users who buy hardened or elite founder status will have to given DLC at the exact same time as 360, despite of whatever exclusive contract with Xbox they have.

That's stupid, you won't get founder status then, which means you won't get exclusive camos, emblems and titles, XP Boost and other cool stuff that you can only get by signing up for elite the first week.
The membership is for a year anyway, it's not as if they'll bring out DLC after COD9.
