Anyway... I was looking at CO Elite and noticed how they promise premium users monthly DLC. (I've known this for a long time but seeing it in writing as a GUARANTEE had me thinking...)

We all know that 360 has the contract with Activision to release DLC/Map Packs and such a month prior to PS3, and it will extend to MW3. But I'm thinking COD Elite may bypass that. The backlash would be huge if they were dishonest at all about it and I believe they'd lose money if PS3 players got a half assed version of Elite also.

So that's why I think that PS3 users who buy hardened or elite founder status will have to given DLC at the exact same time as 360, despite of whatever exclusive contract with Xbox they have.

i think Microsoft only had a 2year contract , either that or i think COD Elite is classed as DLC in itself

Yeah, Xbox360 will always get them 1st, if they don't then they won't even release the DLC's.

I think the Elite is just promising that premium users get the DLC free of charge, Xbox will still get em first /facepalm

But they promise DLC on a monthly basis. How could they do that if there was a 1 month delay on everything? Then PS3 users would only get 50% of the DLC that Xbox 360 gets, when both systems pay the same price for ELITE membership. Or PS3 would get 2 DLC's every two months. (Which would be dumb as hell)

I don't believe they would do either of those things. That's why I think Elite may be a loophole through the 360 timed exclusive scenario.
