OK so I see and hear everytime people saying to other people "you are bad at this game. look at that 1.00K/D" "you should not be allowed on this game look at that K/D Bro" and so on and so on...

So my point is this.

You play a FPS game for the only reason of getting some "Beats" K/D in a VIDEO GAME So I just want to ask you people before i get more into this post. Why do you care so much about a K/DR in a VIDEO GAME ? Do you think it makes you look awesome or like some kinda god to someone ?

Now into why I dont care about some stupid K/D in a Game. The only reason I play a Video Games is to have a fun time with my friends and just take a break from everything else. I dont care if I had a 0.01 K/D all i care about is did I have a good time and playing as a team and not just for Kills which is what most people seem to do now days. Just play for Kills in a team based game mode.

This is where K/D whores start getting really annoying "you know who you are" a few weeks ago I was playing some Black Ops HQ *team based mode. and our team is winning we just need a few more points to win. Now some child on my team started saying down the mic "No don't cap the HQ we have won this just get kills now" someone else on the team starting capping the HQ and I was making my way over to it to help out. so this person startings swaring down the mic at the person capping the HQ telling him to get off it and so on...

Then the person capping gets killed just as i get to the HQ so i keep Capping it and end up doing. the K/D whore went mad I might add because I won the Game for us by capping it.

So my point is why do you go into a Team Based Game mode just for the Kills ? the pop ones are CTF, HQ, HCHQ, Demo, Dom. If the only thing you care about is K/D then just stay in FFA and get your beloved K/D up in that...

OK so thats really all i wanted to say about this I think. and for the people that care about K/D and start saying my K/D is bad so thats why i dont care. well my MW2 K/D is 2.72 and my Black Ops K/D is 1.57 did not play Black Ops much as its a boring game to play online.

anyways thanks for reading again people im sure I will get some hate from the K/D lovers here but ah well.

I mean to me I like to have my K/D at a good level, just to give me a challenge every time I play and go positive every time, if I can. But I don't stress about it, and go around calling others with lower K/D's then me trash. Like you said, I play for fun. It's a video game, who cares about some stupid number? Have fun.

You my friend are a great FPS gamer, and not some 10 year old saying "OMG look at your K/D broo 0.5 hahahahah, mines 0.000000000000000000000000000000000001 beat that biaaaaaaaaaaaaach"

i hate people sitting in corners with 0.4-0.7 ratio and camping in same ****ing corner for whole game, and have 10+ days played.
Why they hate game if they play like it? i mean........its so BOOOORING way to play.
k/d should be removed, but it wont, this is CoD. =/

Unfortunately campers will never disappear i understand your pain as well. Plus i don't think it'll ever disappear especially not in mw3 where killstreaks are stackable. People are just gonna camp to get their predator or whatever it will be in MW3. But...luckily theres always ways to kill campers such as flanking them with grenades/stuns+ theres noobtubes+rpgs. But i agree with you fk CAMPERS!

Yep, nothing was more funner than running around with scavenger and rpg and blow up those campers on mw2

I completely agree, there's a guy I play with online and he's crazy about his kd, if his kd from a game isn't over his current which is 2.6 he dashboards. He's a cool guy and still a pretty good player but it amazes me that someone cares so much about a ****ing number. I mean it doesn't make you a better player in any way, thats why I hate people that judge ppl based on there kd.

This "K/D" argument is extremely stupid. Some people care about it, while others don't. It's as simple as that. Everyone has their own opinion. If I feel like kill whoring... I'm gonna killwhore. You're not gonna change my mind. But if you're really gonna get all worked up over someone calling you bad at a video game that is really quite sad. It's online.. You will probably never play CoD with that exact person EVER again. Get over it. No need to rant about it on the forums. Although that's my opinion. Do whatever the F### you want.
