activision going to milk the cow till it's all dried up. Then once it is they will finally look back and see what went wrong. I got plenty of other friends that say battlefield 3 is way better and have moved on from COD. Little by little people will start leaving COD to play other games because of the rout they have taken. But it wont be in a year or two. the series is way to big and younger kids are getting the game so it wont fall off. Only way to hurt activision is not support there product. So in a way we created this monster wether you like it our not. This is my opinion on this subject. Once I get home from work i know im going to my ps3 and turn on mw3 and see what this new update does.
i agree^^ it is our fault for making it like this but im done with cod now, played it 1st time today for awhile and it just bored me silly only lasted an hour, it will take time but it really does need some sort of mass exodus from the game for them to sit up and notice it wont happen for awhile yet but gradually as you say it is happening ive noticed with my friends are playing less now
and again as you said about kids they probably account for, i reckon 80%......maybe more of sales (through their parents) technically they shouldnt be playing this game if underage, i know infinty ward cant do anything about that but if shops and parents were tougher in that sense the series would suffer big time
btw when i say shop my 13 year old cousin just went into a shop and bought it on release from cash desk didnt ask for i.d or anything and he dont look 18.....
and the update did nothing for me made it worse if anything
