The hotfix didnt patch the damage glitch it prevented users from exploiting it.

uhm, yeah what he said ^^^
it may show in your class but once you join an online game it verifies your weapons attachments camo and proficiency and removes anything that shouldn't be there.... so although it looks like you've got it, you can't actually use it.

it's completely patched cause when the patch was released all my classes still showed i had damage on but once u spawn in game it shows all the perks and stuff but not the proficiency reason of it not showing PATCHED
