i can confirm that it works on some guns.
i tried it on the acr/cm901/pp90m1/mk14/type95.

it worked only on the acr and type95.
when i shoot someone without damage and with silencer it took me 4 bullets to kill and with damage and silencer it took me 3 bullets everytime on the acr.

ingame you will see no profincicy but it is still on with the acr silenced.
