It is patched.
You can do it the old or the new way but the proficency won´t show up in game...
(it only stands in the class editor)

The ban is a joke to me lmao. Im 10th prestige. Still have 11 days of 2x XP and 10 days of 2x Weapon XP, and did the damage glitch on every class. Still have yet to be banned haha.
