Yes, I loved the days of call of duty 4. It's not the game but the people that made it such a fun game. Why? Because there was no care. People didn't fuss over their KDR or winning. Boosting was kept at a minimum state and didn't have much of a negative impact towards the community. So what happened? Well you guys can explain that. I'm pretty sure most of you know by now.

Yes I have, and although you will deny it, they are very similar in gameplay (like most FPS sequels), I'm NOT saying that's necessarily a bad thing; why fix something that isn't broken.

Again, the game has changed, you might not notice it but it is alot more balanced, they have interested several new game modes, and the way kill streaks work has been changed, what else can they possibly change ?

Dude your own reasoning is flawed. First you say If it ain't broken why fix it and then you post it being so similar because its a sequel. No a sequel is from MW1 to MW2 , MW2 to MW3 is the same shit and More Noob friendly with flying ponies every game (stealth bombers) any noob can now get a Emp , Graphics are the exact same , most maps look irally the same as older cod maps.
Now Battlefield 3 is a sequel to BF2 not to BFBC2 so go check out the advance they did in their "sequel".
I do agree that I rather be playing Skyrim than this crap. But I also have to point out the fact that they could have come out with the Elite service and given up new kill streaks , guns , and maps via elite rather than pumping out a c/p game for 65-100$$ plus the elite serivce. Sorry but I have played this Franchise for enough years to know that Activision is just robbing me .

What has changed? You seriously think this game is more Balanced than Black ops? The new games modes is the only thing i can agree with in this quote. Its the only thing that makes me want to try out the game again . The new game modes. The way kill streak works are in place to let "lil kids"/noobs get them easier. Killstreak have always be an Incentive. Now with support package anyone can get it. Yea that's one change I really dislike. How is it an incentive when you can just die and continue to get your "kill streak" , Its not a streak if your dying.

You have become way too bittter my dude. I enjoy COD despite the issues and I play in partieson ground war to minimize lots of issues.
The minite COD pisses me off especially if I get as bitter as you, I will not hesitate to move on. I used to be a huge nba 2k guy. When that series got annoying I moved on instead talking about the good ol days and bashing the game.
The FPS snobs are the players who play COD games day and night yey bitch and moan all day here. Every negative thread they are ready to bash the game. It's a videogame not some wife we are stuck with. We are going to talk a little trash and play it's not that serious. I hope you dedicate equal time praising BF3 forums as you do bashing COD. It's noob friendly because online gaming ay large continues to grow. The days of mature vets playing online without annoying little kids are over. No sir your wrong. I might be bitter but I was not at the yearly release for it because I knew what was coming. Yes I understand when a game is crap you moved forward and that's what I did but what makes me Bitter is that everyone has eyes and everyone has played the game so why is it that most people still deny that this is a c/p game. Yes I bash MW2.5 but you can check my account for the time MW2 was out and all the praise I was spewing at it . What I do agree with you is this

Even though recently since they fixed the mics on BF3 , I put my headset to Team and every time I have played in the last 7 days I have had nothing but matured adults who was helping each other out and then out of no where we heard a "young voice" and a kid saying "Hell yea Terran Highway watch how I'm a quick scopes these fools". We all started LOL and telling him to go play Cod the kid actually left. Point of the story is that Cod has been Molded to be kid friendly , Treyarch is trying to make it competitive but IW just wants to out sell Treyarch's previous years sale .
Even If BF3 didn't come out last year I would still be bitter and speaking my opinion on the c/p job of MW2.5 as I do now. A crappy game is just that , a crap.

I play Barebones, no UAV shit to find me, no predator to rape me from the sky... I wish they still had the game modes for removing perks and weapon attachments... I used to slaughter people that way because it then was all down to skill rather than spray with extra bullet damage.

There is no actual legal age to play a game, there is only a legal age to purchase a game.

The accuracy of this image...is ghastly. If there were an image which portrayed the following 10 years though, it would soon surely display the gamer's remorse for having such a fervent obsession with stats and the competitive nature of the game. I'm not innocent, being undoubtedly the biggest stat whore on these forums, but at least I understand the reality of my pettiness.
