Sometimes its best to leave but other times I just stay and take it because at the end of the day its just a video game. If my team is doing really bad and not shooting down air support helping your teamates out then I would leave. However if I'm playing against really good team I stay and take the defeat also you might learn something by watching how they play as a team.

Post your opinions is it really neccessary to leave the game or not?

games in sesions where we're losing horribly, or a game that i started but already losing shortly after while my kd is only 2-3 which isnt good enough to stay for, they'd probably let out helicopters soon anyway, since my team is so awful =\ i remember one time playing tdm where i got a moab at the first life and the score was 2600-4000 =_=
id leave at any time really, w/l doesnt matter, it's a useless stat, if all i played was infected or played in parties all day, i'd have a 100% w/l, does that change how well of a player i am, no..

I only rage quit when I'm playing alone and i'm getting smacked left and right by a team or sumthin'. Other than that I don't really quit.

I never rage quit. There are occasions where I have to quit the game though. Usually it's because someone is over, or I have to do something around the house. This happens in around 5% of the games I'm in. The only other time I have to take the loss for a quit is my party leader rage quits (with the team :l). Happens rarely, but I happen to have experienced it today during a M.O.A.B. streak :|. Nevertheless, it's better to stay in the game, just because you WILL get better. Doesn't happen right away, but check your weekly k.d. or w/l after you've played another 24 hours in game.

That about sums it up for me, but I do have a question:
Do you stay in lobbies (and I mean the pre game lobby/chat or w/e) if you are being trash-talked or you are against a full party. It can be aggravating, although i feel it relates to the OP's question because it puts you in an awkward and blunted anger. I personally don't like staying these lobbies just because it takes away a good mood and the enjoyment of the game. However, there are occasions where I just mute the opposing team and try to learn some new strategies because those games are the ones where I actually think.

I never rage quit mainly because I hate it when other people, especially hosts sign out and screw everyone else over. Lol I have stuck out games where four players on my team leave and the game kept it 2 on 6.
